Combining strength and cardio work burns fat, builds muscle and boosts your metabolism. Blitz Outdoor: training in the elements is invigorating and rewarding and being in a group makes for great camaraderie. The weather never gets in our way – in fact it adds to the fun! Join us for our 60 minute sessions in the lovely green spaces of South West London.

Full body workout, 40-45 minute zoom sessions in your own home, garden, workplace or holiday location – wherever you are in the world! Either interactive and live or as a recording to train at your convenience at a time to suit your schedule.
Strength & Conditioning
Our strength and conditioning sessions will be a great complement to your existing Blitz training or equally as a way to build strength for those of you who are not currently Blitzing with us.
Pilates
Why Pilates? Pilates workouts promote strength and balanced muscle development as well as flexibility and increase the range of motion for the joints. Pilates can relieve stress and tension and help reduce the risk of injury. Regular practitioners see huge postural and core strength benefits and it is suitable for everyone.
Personal Training
All our Blitz coaches love teaching our Outdoor and Online groups but as qualified experienced personal trainers, we appreciate that in certain circumstances 1:1 training can be more appropriate.
Kefalonia summer 2025
Come and join us for a fabulous four days of sunshine, fitness, Pilates and water sports on the beautiful Greek island of Kefalonia in Greece.
BlitzFitness is an award-winning fitness company founded in 2009 by Karen Crump and Lara Milward. Combining their love of the outdoors with their sporting backgrounds, they focused entirely on outdoor training sessions for 10 years.

With the unwelcome arrival of Covid-19 in 2020, Outdoor wasn’t possible for many months so Blitz Online was born. Post lockdown we have continued to offer both to suit your own schedule and location.

Our commitment to all fitness levels and quality of exercise technique hasn’t wavered whether Online or Outdoor.

All sessions cover the five main elements of fitness training: strength, cardio, core stability, flexibility and FUN! Combining strength and cardio work burns fat, builds muscle and boosts your metabolism.

In addition to Blitz Outdoor and Blitz Online, we have extended our programme further to include Pilates classes plus Strength and Conditioning sessions and not forgetting fitness weekends in Kefalonia!
