Come and join us for a fabulous four days of sunshine, fitness, Pilates and water-sports on the beautiful Greek island of Kefalonia in Greece.

We have teamed up with award winning active holiday specialists BeyondBeach to provide a fun filled, action packed weekend. Staying at the lovely newly refurbished Lixouri Bay Beach Club, a really friendly, relaxed Greek family run hotel with scrummy food and stunning uninterrupted views across the beach and Ionian sea.

Start the morning with a Blitz beach workout, spend the day either enjoying the water-sports, exploring the island or relaxing by the pool, then unwind with Pilates in our tranquil setting before tucking in to the delicious local produce.

After another successful trip this year, we are planning our return for 2025
