All our Blitz coaches love teaching our Outdoor and At Home groups but as qualified experienced personal trainers, we appreciate that in certain circumstances 1:1 training can be more appropriate. It could be for one or for many of the following reasons.

Rehabilitation   Ante or Post Natal   Motivation   Emotional support   Goals and accountability

Nutritional Guidance   Weight loss   Training or preparing for an event   Specific requirements
